Christopher Padgett is a full-time IT professional, part-time photographer and former radio host. He discovered the joys of making pictures in the fourth grade when his mother signed him up for a summer-school class to get him out of the house. He has been the photography instructor at the Boston Center for Adult Education since 2010. In 2013, in response to the Boston Marathon bombings, Christopher founded Bled for Boston, a gallery show, website and book that documented the memorial tattoos of first-responders, marathon participants and the people of Boston and beyond. Bled for Boston garnered attention from The Boston Globe to Buzzfeed to Reuters. In 2017, Christopher and the BCAE launched Modern Acres, a gallery show and series of programs highlighting Massachusetts farmers.

Christopher lives in Salem, Massachusetts with his two boys, a cat and a dog. He believes in natural photographs, good times and reasonable prices.
